Role Summary
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and hands-on execution of paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Demandbase. You’ll refine audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing while partnering closely with RevOps and vendor partners to ensure attribution, automation, and reporting connect ads, web, and email into a trackable journey that delivers qualified leads.
What Success Looks Like
- Within 90 Days: Audit all active paid campaigns and user journeys (from ad impression to form-fill) and implement adjustments that reduce cost-per-lead by 25% while improving click-through and engagement rates.
- Within Six Months: Launch segmented experiments by industry, title, and behavior; consistently deliver 200+ high-intent leads per month at a competitive CPA while expanding upper-funnel influence to lift brand awareness and organic/direct traffic.
- By Month Nine: Demonstrate a connected full-funnel paid media strategy—aligned targeting, messaging, landing experiences, and email journeys—supported by lead scoring and routing for faster follow-up and higher conversion to pipeline.
Core Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Demandbase, relentlessly optimizing budgets, bids, audiences, and creative (approx. 60% hands-on execution).
- Analyze performance, report insights, and evolve attribution; ensure tracking and automations connect ads, website, and email for clear funnel measurement (approx. 30% analysis/reporting).
- Communicate impact to leadership and Sales, tying marketing activity to revenue outcomes (approx. 10% cross-functional communication).
- Coordinate cross-channel targeting to reduce audience overlap and improve efficiency and engagement across platforms.
- Partner with RevOps and external vendors to maintain clean data flows, accurate routing, and dependable reporting from impression to opportunity.
- Launch structured experiments and creative tests that reflect segmented audience needs and improve lead quality and handoffs.
- Contribute to multi-channel attribution and, over time, help guide channel investment and mentor campaign specialists.
Success Metrics
- Increase monthly qualified lead volume by 30% within six months.
- Maintain cost-per-acquisition below $100 across all paid channels.
- Improve multi-platform efficiency by reducing audience overlap and driving a 20% lift in engagement via coordinated cross-channel targeting.
- Surface 3+ high-impact insights per quarter where paid strategy improves adjacent channels (e.g., landing page conversion, email engagement, or attribution clarity).

- Proven B2B demand generation experience (agency or in-house), with comfort navigating long sales cycles and complex buyer journeys.

Compensation And Location
Full-time role based in San Francisco, CA. Estimated pay range: $130,000–$175,000 USD. This role is also eligible to participate in Meter’s equity plan.
