Role Summary
The Sr. Brand Marketing Manager will serve as the strategic business owner for a category portfolio in the NAM region—translating global strategies into locally resonant plans. You will lead annual category planning, integrated go-to-market execution, and cross-functional alignment to deliver revenue, share, and brand health objectives. The role requires data-driven decision-making, hands-on leadership, and stewardship of P&L targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the annual category plan aligned to global strategies and local market dynamics.
- Lead integrated go-to-market campaigns and new product launches across consumer and HCP channels.
- Provide local insights and competitive intelligence to inform global category growth strategies.
- Manage the portfolio to strengthen the base business via product, packaging, and claims optimization.
- Apply RGM principles to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions by channel for revenue growth.
- Own performance tracking and KPI reporting; recommend amplifications or course corrections as needed.
- Shape the innovation pipeline with market-driven insights; monitor launches and optimize in market.
- Lead cross-functional planning to achieve financial targets with P&L accountability for the category.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders; cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing or related field preferred); MBA a plus.
- 5–8+ years in brand marketing serving consumers and healthcare professionals, ideally in consumer health.
- Proven results across category leadership, commercial strategy, and integrated go-to-market execution.
- Sharp analytical capabilities; able to translate complex data into insights and action plans.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and project management; experienced leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Annual Operating Plans, performance tracking, and risk/opportunity management.
Compensation And Benefits
Base salary range for New Jersey: $151,011–$175,099 USD. This role may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on multiple factors, including individual and organizational performance.
