Meta is hiring a Brand Marketing Manager to help shape the global narrative of WhatsApp. In this role, you will steward an insights-led brand strategy and orchestrate large-scale, integrated campaigns that resonate across markets while maintaining local relevance.

Role Summary
As a Brand Marketing Manager for WhatsApp, you will lead the development and execution of global brand initiatives across media, partnerships, experiential, and editorial channels. You’ll collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure campaigns are locally relevant, measurable, and aligned to short- and long-term business goals. The role requires fluency in turning insights into strategy, balancing creative excellence with speed, and partnering across product, analytics, creative, and media functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of global brand initiatives across channels.
- Inform global brand strategy using user insights, product knowledge, and market dynamics.
- Lead go-to-market planning for global campaigns and key brand moments.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Insights, Decision Science, Comms, Media, Creative X, agencies, Growth, and Product Management to deliver integrated work.
- Track performance and provide data-backed optimizations and reporting for leadership.
- Collaborate with Brand Strategists, Integrated Marketers, and Social/Comms to meet business priorities.
Ideal Profile
- Proven success defining product value propositions with a clear brand point of view.
- Experience leading large, multi-million-dollar campaigns and media/communications planning.
- Ability to translate brand positioning into product design and go-to-market execution.
- Deep understanding of WhatsApp as a brand and product (preferred).
- Experience across both early-stage and established products/brands (preferred).
- Global experience operating across multiple markets (preferred).
- BA/BS in marketing, business, or related field (preferred).
Compensation And Location
Base salary range: $122,000 to $176,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation varies based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA.
