Merative is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to drive full-funnel digital programs for Zelta, its clinical trials solutions business. This role suits a B2B marketer who blends strategy, content, and analytics to generate qualified demand in health tech.

Role Summary

You will lead strategy and execution across the digital funnel—building programs that engage healthcare and life sciences audiences, generate qualified inbound leads, and improve conversion. The role is highly cross-functional and data-driven, spanning campaign orchestration, content development, web optimization, and measurement using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Microsoft Clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multichannel campaigns that drive qualified inbound leads.
  • Build and optimize lead-nurture workflows, conversion paths, and scoring aligned with sales.
  • Partner with sales on lead quality, handoff processes, and pipeline impact.
  • Monitor performance and report on ROI, iterating to improve outcomes.
  • Develop a persona-based content strategy mapped to the healthcare buying journey.
  • Produce white papers, case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, and thought leadership with subject matter experts.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar supporting product launches, campaigns, and industry events.
  • Optimize the website for SEO, conversion, and user experience in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage owned digital channels (email, social, blog) and support paid media with compelling messaging.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity) to guide decisions.
  • Apply SEO/SEM best practices to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Champion data-driven experimentation and continuous optimization across the funnel.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience; health tech or SaaS preferred.
  • Proven success generating qualified demand and pipeline via digital programs.
  • Strong writing and storytelling; able to translate complex topics for healthcare and life sciences audiences.
  • Hands-on with marketing automation (HubSpot or Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Analytical, test-and-learn mindset; exposure to SEO/SEM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; Master’s (MBA/Marketing) a plus.

Compensation, Benefits, and Location

This full-time, remote role offers a salary range of USD $118,596–$159,454, with competitive benefits.
