Role Summary

The Marketing Manager, Hot Wheels Adult — DTC & Online Marketing, leads the end-to-end digital experience for adult fans. You will own the adult digital brand ecosystem, shape annual DTC and online marketing strategies, and orchestrate cross-functional campaigns that connect brand storytelling with high-performing eCommerce. The role spans DTC growth, website strategy, online campaigns, analytics, and ongoing optimization in partnership with product, creative, content, media, eCommerce, and analytics teams.

Location: El Segundo, CA | Employment Type: Full-time

Base Pay Range: $123,000–$153,000 USD. Actual base pay is determined by work location, skills, and experience. Mattel offers competitive total rewards and benefits. The company embraces a flexible work model that combines purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.
