Mattamy Homes is hiring a Director of Marketing to lead division-wide strategy and execution for community launches, demand generation, and brand initiatives across Southeast Florida. This full-time, onsite role in Boynton Beach oversees a high-performing team, partners closely with Sales and Land, and uses data to optimize performance across channels and communities.

Role Summary

As Director of Marketing, you will own end-to-end marketing for new and existing communities—shaping vision, buyer profiles, and product theming; managing advertising and digital channels; and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You’ll lead the Mattamy BCTM (Bringing Communities To Market) process, oversee sales centers and model homes, manage agencies and vendors, and report on performance to drive sales, traffic, and margin results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead division marketing strategy and manage a high-performing team.
  • Inform community visioning with buyer insights, product/lot recommendations, and theming.
  • Run the BCTM process across market research, product development, sales center/model planning, collateral, and launch plans.
  • Analyze traffic, sales, and conversion trends; recommend optimizations to maximize results and margin.
  • Oversee opening/closing of sales centers and model homes; coordinate merchandising with design partners and corporate marketing.
  • Lead Competitive Market Analyses (CMAs) for new communities and land acquisitions.
  • Develop annual marketing budgets; track spend and ROI by channel and community.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing plans for new launches and in-flight communities.
  • Track and proof all digital, social, and print ads; oversee sponsorships and signage strategy.
  • Manage website accuracy for divisional content and coordinate social media with the agency partner.
  • Report monthly on sales, traffic, conversions, and analytics; provide insights on budget effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute grand openings and community events that drive qualified demand.
  • Travel approximately 20% to community sites in the Port St. Lucie area.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience across traditional and digital marketing, including social media leadership.
  • Background in homebuilding, real estate, or land development strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain marketing strategies aligned to business objectives and sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of consumer segments and market dynamics influencing buying decisions.
  • Track record of strategies that grow qualified traffic and sales conversions.
  • Expertise with social media technologies, dashboards, and Google Analytics; comfort with content/keywords and backend updates.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess advertising metrics and execute on insights.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and effective in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • People leadership skills to manage, coach, and hold teams accountable; strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Location: Boynton Beach, FL (onsite). Employment Type: Full-time, permanent. Travel: ~20% to Port St. Lucie. The compensation range for this role is $125,325–$158,689 USD. Mattamy offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
