Malwarebytes is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate acquisition, conversion, and monetization across mobile, web, and desktop. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution to deliver measurable growth and improve the customer journey end to end.

Role Summary
You will identify and optimize key acquisition and conversion funnels, design and run experiments to improve KPIs, and partner closely with product, acquisition, and retention teams. The role requires ownership of analytics, clear communication of insights to stakeholders and executives, and the ability to scale impact through smart process and partner leverage. The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a consumer focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize acquisition and conversion funnels across channels and products; build new flows where needed.
- Define hypotheses and execute rapid experiments in partnership with product, acquisition, and retention teams to improve conversion and retention metrics.
- Own analytics and reporting; distill insights from diverse data sources to guide strategy and daily decisions.
- Establish processes for tracking, documenting, and sharing experiment results and campaign performance; drive cross-functional accountability for follow-through.
- Synthesize trends, insights, and opportunities for executive audiences and contribute to strategic planning.
- Leverage external partners, tools, and contractors to extend reach and deliver ambitious goals.
Ideal Profile
- Experience with B2C required.
- 3+ years in growth marketing, experimentation, or conversion rate optimization with a record of meaningful results.
- 3+ years hands-on optimizing, analyzing, and testing KPIs throughout the funnel; able to balance quick wins and scalable growth.
- 1+ years preferred with Google Play and iOS App Store and App Store Optimization; strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem and apps is required.
- Tooling: Google Suite, Amplitude, Notion, JIRA, ChatGPT, and related growth tools.
- Exceptionally organized, rigorously data-driven, and detail-oriented; strong verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
- Team player with a growth mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and comfort with change.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree and related field experience.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
- Location: Remote (United States).
- Target compensation: USD $130,000–$170,000.
