Client Success Director (Remote) — Launch Potato

Launch Potato is hiring a Client Success Director to manage and grow strategic client relationships within a performance marketing environment. This fully remote role partners closely with Sales and Operations to execute data-driven campaigns, optimize acquisition outcomes, and deliver clear, actionable reporting.

Role Summary

The Client Success Director acts as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners, aligning internal resources to deliver against client KPIs and profitability goals. You will lead onboarding, manage day-to-day execution, and translate performance data into recommendations that drive growth and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact, balancing partner needs with internal priorities and business objectives.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to scale accounts, with expectations to meet or exceed profitability targets within the first six months.
  • Own client onboarding to shorten time-to-launch through strong coordination with Sales and Operations.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables align to client KPIs.
  • Deliver clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analyze real-time data to optimize strategy and improve outcomes across a client portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that strengthen collaboration and long-term value.
  • Stay current on digital and affiliate marketing trends; familiarity with tracking and reporting tools such as Everflow, Tune/HasOffers, and Looker is a plus.

Ideal Profile

  • 2+ years in digital or affiliate marketing with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to translate complex information for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven day-to-day client management across multiple accounts with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to leverage data to frame performance and drive business outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to convert insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, and an initiative-taking approach to exceeding expectations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented execution across campaigns, budgets, and deliverables; strong presentation skills to drive alignment.

Compensation And Location

Compensation: USD $67,115–$83,864, commensurate with experience. Employment Type: Remote. Headquarters: Delray Beach, FL.
