Role Summary
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with the marketing team to set and execute the digital strategy. You’ll grow inbound engagement and lead volume, manage SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO), optimize paid programs, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting in HubSpot. You will also drive continuous improvements to the website experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of paid and organic search engine campaigns.
- Oversee daily website operations, maintenance, and performance improvements.
- Update website content, landing pages, and navigation as needed.
- Analyze traffic and user behavior via Google Search Console and GA4 to inform optimizations.
- Identify and execute SEO/GEO opportunities to drive growth and visibility.
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution in HubSpot; report regularly on inbound activity and outcomes.
- Manage pay-per-lead and pay-per-click programs with third-party lead sources.
- Run digital advertising campaigns in partnership with third-party media companies.
Ideal Profile
- 4–5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing; warehouse management or supply chain experience is a plus.
- Strong grasp of SEO, GEO, and PPC best practices; proven ability to drive qualified B2B leads.
- Hands-on SEM experience; familiarity with SEMrush and Google Analytics (GA4).
- CRM and marketing automation expertise, especially HubSpot, with accurate attribution practices.
- Website management in WordPress; comfort with performance and optimization tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and present quarterly strategic plans aligning web and paid tactics to business goals.
- Clear communication and writing skills; BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience; open-minded and analytical.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
Salary range: $90,000–$105,000 USD, depending on experience. This role is eligible for an annual bonus tied to individual metrics and company performance. It is fully remote, with the option to work hybrid from the Chicago office.
