Role Summary

As Alliance Partnerships Manager, you will own field-level relationships with key alliance and ecosystem partners to drive pipeline, define attach motions for Logitech hardware, and activate partner salesforces as a channel for Logitech’s Video Collaboration solutions. You will also coordinate joint marketing and events, serve as a subject matter expert, and deliver qualified opportunities to Logitech Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define success metrics and an engagement model for Logitech and each Alliance Partner.
  • Manage field relationships with alliance and ecosystem partners; support commercial sales for mutual success.
  • Develop and execute a field strategy and business plan aligned to each partner’s goals.
  • Lead joint marketing initiatives; articulate Logitech’s value proposition as the SME for Video Collaboration.
  • Coordinate partner engagement across Logitech Marketing and Business Group teams; plan participation in partner events and tradeshows.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years in alliance management, sales, or business development roles.
  • Proven experience building joint partnerships and defining go-to-market initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Unified Communications and Collaboration market trends and the SP/SI ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud voice and video collaboration technologies.
  • Ability to align Logitech’s portfolio with partner solutions, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; savvy with social media as a marketing/networking tool.
  • Proven regional GTM strategy and channel program management experience; strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; self-directed and collaborative.
  • Plus: Experience partnering with Microsoft, Zoom, Amazon, or Google.

  • Location: San Jose, CA; remote or hybrid available for candidates near San Jose.
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
  • Salary: This posting indicates an annual salary range of USD $105,977–$206,186.
  • OTE Guidance: The role notes a typical OTE of USD $113,000–$200,000; higher compensation may be considered based on business need, experience, and skills.
