Role Summary

As the principal liaison among clients, agencies, and internal teams, you will own day-to-day campaign execution and strategic insight for paid social and programmatic initiatives. You’ll translate business goals into media strategies, optimize using real-time data, manage third-party measurement, and synthesize performance learnings into clear, actionable reporting. Success looks like meeting or exceeding client objectives while communicating recommendations confidently to stakeholders and collaborating across teams to improve products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal liaison between clients, agencies, and internal Linqia teams.
  • Serve as a senior strategic member on cross-functional client teams, translating business goals into paid social strategies across platforms and devices.
  • Oversee and manage paid social and programmatic media campaigns with the Paid Social Analysts team to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Leverage real-time data, testing, and performance insights to optimize budgets, targeting, creative, and pacing for efficiency and impact.
  • Produce comprehensive wrap-up reports that highlight results, insights, learnings, and recommended next steps for future campaigns.
  • Execute and analyze third-party measurement studies (e.g., sales lift, brand lift, mobile proximity, TV tune-in).
  • Collaborate with Sales and Success to identify revenue opportunities, new products, measurement solutions, and strategy enhancements.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate client feedback and prioritize features, fixes, and enhancements.

Ideal Profile

  • 1–3 years of paid media experience, with strong preference for paid social.
  • Proven use of digital and social advertising to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness; familiarity with blogger/influencer communities is a plus.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic solutions.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity; proactive in identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborative team player with effective prioritization and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent troubleshooting capabilities; creative and collaborative approach to resolution.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; passion for digital and social marketing.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with ability to commute to the SF office 2–3 times per week.
