Role Summary
The Sales and Marketing Leader oversees day-to-day sales operations, serves as the primary contact for site agents, and coordinates marketing initiatives that align with company goals. Success in this role requires generating demand, guiding offers and contracts, ensuring process accuracy, and using performance analytics to optimize traffic, leads, and conversions. Experience in residential construction or real estate is a strong plus, along with skills in digital marketing, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration with agents, brokers, and outside partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and motivate the sales team to exceed goals.
- Serve as primary point of contact for site agents; resolve issues promptly.
- Build relationships with agents and brokers; support growth and contingency plans.
- Coordinate events, signage, and digital campaigns with internal and external partners.
- Track traffic, leads, and conversions; adjust tactics to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate on photography, videography, and content to showcase communities and inventory homes.
- Provide feedback from agents and buyers to refine messaging and materials.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor marketing to maintain an edge.
- Oversee listing workflows and ensure seamless handoffs with site agents.
- Streamline processes for home and option additions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage offers and contracts in line with policies and profitability goals.
- Review transaction documentation for accuracy; track and report on closings.
- Prepare weekly sales and performance reports; participate in review meetings.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years in sales management; residential construction or real estate preferred.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience negotiating contracts and overseeing the transaction process.
- Familiarity with real estate sales practices, MLS systems, and CRM platforms a plus.
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in learning new tools and systems.
Compensation And Location
- Job Type: Full-time; in-person.
- Location: Wichita, KS.
- Salary: $75,000–$110,000 USD base, plus performance incentives.
