LEWIS Global Communications is hiring a Campaign Executive, Digital Marketing to support social-first programs for clients. This role blends hands-on channel execution with organized client support and cross-functional collaboration. Role Summary

The Campaign Executive plays a social media–focused, team-support role across multiple client projects. You will execute channel activity, maintain communities, draft platform-specific copy, and partner with account teams on integrated campaigns. The position also involves tracking performance, reporting insights, and managing priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media

  • Execute and manage social media activity across channels such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Implement and maintain client social communities, campaigns, and projects.
  • Partner with account teams to develop compelling digital content and integrated campaigns for current and prospective clients.
  • Write platform-appropriate, social-first copy tailored to each channel’s conventions and audience.
  • Propose new content ideas informed by social trends, client priorities, and performance data.

Client Management

  • Maintain timely, professional written and verbal communications with clients.
  • Own meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery of assets and campaigns.
  • Present campaign results when needed and self-manage priorities based on client needs.
  • Align with the Campaign Manager on priorities; flag time variances versus plan as they arise.

Teamwork, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Meet personal and client objectives; “manage up” to keep projects on track regardless of owner.
  • Accurately report activity levels and complete timesheets for proper allocation of duties.
  • Track trends and insights from reports to recommend data-driven optimizations and drive implementation of changes.
  • Communicate account performance during reviews and provide reports to senior management as requested.
  • Support training for graduates and interns; attend internal sessions to build skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to new business requests; support agency initiatives and promote the TEAM LEWIS brand.

Ideal Profile

  • 1+ year of relevant experience; agency coordination across multiple priorities is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social platforms and best practices.
  • Persuasive, concise writing skills tailored to social formats.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with clients, including senior stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to suggest remedial actions.
  • Creative, open-minded approach to content and campaigns.
  • Excellent time management and proven ability to handle a varied workload.

Compensation, Benefits & Location

Location: Boston, MA. Expected base salary range: $58,000–$69,000 USD, depending on factors such as location, experience, and expertise.
