Leggett & Platt is hiring an Ecommerce Growth Manager to accelerate digital revenue across direct-to-consumer sites, marketplaces, and retail partner platforms. This remote role sits within the bedding team and focuses on conversion, merchandising, and performance optimization—owning initiatives that elevate product visibility, streamline the customer journey, and turn insights into measurable growth.

Role Summary

As the Ecommerce Growth Manager, you will own strategies and day-to-day execution that drive sales and profitability across digital channels—including Amazon and other third-party marketplaces—while collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations. You’ll manage content, pricing, and promotions; run tests; improve funnels and checkout; and track KPIs such as conversion rate, marketplace share, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive revenue across DTC, marketplaces, and retail partner platforms.
  • Manage product content, pricing, and promotions to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Analyze traffic sources, customer behavior, and funnels to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize listings, advertising, and checkout to increase conversion rate and average order value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align merchandising, marketing, and operations across channels.
  • Oversee platform integrations and enhancements to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Run A/B tests and performance experiments to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor KPIs (conversion, marketplace share, AOV, CLV) and report insights that guide decision-making.
  • Stay current on ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices, recommending innovative solutions.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of hands-on ecommerce, digital marketing, or online sales experience with multi-channel revenue impact.
  • Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience managing content, promotions, and performance within third-party marketplaces and retail partner portals.
  • Skilled at optimizing the online customer journey and product merchandising to drive conversion and AOV.
  • Comfort collaborating across Marketing, Product, and Operations to execute channel initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Bonus: Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven ecommerce environment.

Compensation and Location

Salary range: USD $85,249–$103,452, depending on experience. This role is remote. The team notes a preference for candidates based in Kansas City, Joplin, or Carthage, MO; NC; greater Atlanta, GA; or Bentonville, AR.
