Role Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager shapes LSAC’s digital strategy and owns day-to-day execution across paid and organic channels. The role partners with media and creative agencies, oversees campaign setup and tracking, analyzes performance, and drives optimizations. As part of the LSAT test administration team, this person provides social updates and audience insights during test administrations and may cover occasional scheduled weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine paid media strategies informed by past performance and market trends.
  • Lead day-to-day collaboration with media agencies and creative teams; coordinate assets, ad tagging, and tracking.
  • Analyze campaign data, share insights, and proactively identify optimization opportunities across channels.
  • Evaluate end-to-end digital efforts and recommend process and execution improvements.
  • Ensure campaign flow and audience targeting guide users to key decision points effectively.
  • Create and deliver quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for paid advertising and organic social performance.
  • Execute and optimize cross-channel paid and organic campaigns (e.g., programmatic display and video, social, native, SEM, CTV, content marketing).
  • Contribute to digital content planning and calendars; ensure integrated communications across teams.
  • Support related projects as needed, including substitute email marketing and LSAT administration social monitoring and reporting (occasional weekend coverage).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications And Experience

  • 5+ years in digital marketing managing paid and organic campaigns across the funnel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on with programmatic display/video, social, native, SEM, CTV, and content marketing; fluent in SEO, social, and email for organic efforts.
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills; experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio preferred; comfortable with ad tech and client software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Compensation, Location, And Work Setup

Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager | Type: Full-time | Location: Newtown, PA

Salary: $116,000–$120,000 USD, depending on experience. Standard LSAC business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:45 p.m. ET; as an exempt role, hours may flex to meet responsibilities. The position operates in a remote and professional office environment, with standard office equipment. Travel up to 5% may be required. No direct internal reports; manages campaign execution with media vendors. Occasional weekend work may be necessary during LSAT administrations.
