Role Summary
The Business Development Manager will own outbound prospecting, full-cycle sales, and account growth across the Pay-Per-Call ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize brokers, advertisers, and publishers in Pay-Per-Call markets.
- Drive outbound via LinkedIn, cold calling, email, and networking to build pipeline.
- Deliver tailored demos highlighting call tracking, routing, and attribution features.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including proposals, pricing, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships; ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay current on Pay-Per-Call, performance marketing, and competitor offerings; articulate unique value.
- Collaborate with product on feedback and feature enhancements informed by market needs.
- Grow revenue through subscriptions, upsells, and strategic partnerships; hit monthly and quarterly targets.
Ideal Profile
Industry Expertise
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS, Pay-Per-Call, or call tracking sales.
- Background in selling call tracking, lead generation, or MarTech platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of performance marketing, VoIP, and call attribution models.
Sales And Business Development
- Proven hunter with a record of sourcing, advancing, and closing SaaS deals.
- Experience with solution selling, lead nurturing, and account management.
- Ability to craft customized proposals and pricing aligned to customer needs.
Soft Skills
- Clear communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS startup setting.

Compensation And Location
Role Type: Full-time; Remote.
Estimated Salary: USD $101,550–$122,296 per year, based on the posted range.
Travel: Up to 25% preferred.
