Role Summary
The Partner Account Manager (PAM) serves as the strategic liaison between Kinaxis and its system integrator partners. You will identify and recruit partners, develop joint business plans, orchestrate cross-functional alignment, and translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes for partners. Success is measured by partner growth, influenced revenue, pipeline health, and long-term relationship quality with both partners and internal regional leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
- Identify and recruit new partners aligned to regional strategy and market opportunity.
- Develop joint business plans to improve sales productivity, profitability, and partner competency.
- Manage day-to-day executive alignment, escalations, and ongoing partner communications.
- Coordinate with development, marketing, services, and sales to drive lead generation and revenue goals.
- Lead pipeline reviews, forecasting, and regional business reviews with partners and internal teams.
- Own all aspects of partner growth: prioritization, financial assessment, deal structuring, negotiation, and governance.
- Create and revise enablement and qualification plans that elevate partner capabilities.
- Proactively resolve issues while continuously identifying new avenues to create partner value.
Ideal Profile
- 9+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or sales productivity in B2B technology or related fields.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of initiating and scaling partner programs or motions.
- Executive presence with strong communication, influence, and presentation skills (including large audiences).
- Collaborative operator and problem-solver adept at cross-functional leadership and coordination.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities with urgency and focus.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale initiatives across sales, marketing, services, and product teams.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support partner relationships, enablement, and joint planning.
Compensation, Location, And Benefits
Salary range: $134,571–$191,375 USD. This role is fully remote within the United States, with travel up to 50% as needed for partner and internal engagements.
