Role Summary

As Senior Director of Marketing Services, you will set strategy, refine service offerings, and ensure consistent delivery across PPC, SEO, paid advertising, and website development. You will build and mentor a cross-functional organization, partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, and keep the offering ahead of market shifts. Success looks like revenue growth, strong margins, efficient processes, and a differentiated client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the P&L for Marketing Services; meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead vision, strategy, and execution across PPC, SEO, paid media, and website development.
• Develop and refine service packaging to maximize client value and business growth.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across advertising, search, creative, and web disciplines.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable ROI for customers.
• Implement operational systems and processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align services with market demand.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and platform updates.
• Champion a best-in-class client experience from strategy through delivery and reporting.

Ideal Profile

• 10+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in senior leadership at a marketing agency or similar services organization.
• Demonstrated success owning a P&L, hitting revenue targets, and driving profitability.
• Expertise in PPC (Google Ads, Bing, paid social), SEO, paid media buying, and website strategy/design.
• Proven operational builder able to design systems and processes that scale profitably.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across advertising, SEO, creative, and web development.
• Exceptional client relationship and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven decision-maker comfortable with analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking tools.
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, SEO/SEM, and channel strategies.
• Ownership mindset with urgency, speed, and a bias for action and iteration.
