Role Summary

Title: Brand Marketing Director

Type: Full‑time; temp‑to‑permanent; onsite (30–40 hours/week)

Scope: Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution; manage a collaborative in‑house team across content, social, events, and community; partner directly with the President to build systems that support current services and future franchise expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan aligned to company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow an in‑house team covering content, social media, events, and community engagement.
  • Drive demand across service lines: veterinary care, retail, training, daycare/boarding, and support franchise model scaling.
  • Partner with the President on brand positioning and foundational systems for future franchisees.
  • Oversee PR, media relations, and event coordination with local and industry partners.
  • Own marketing analytics and KPIs; optimize campaigns for results and ROI.
  • Guide digital channels: social strategy, SEO/SEM, website architecture/content, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent, authentic brand messaging that reflects excellence in pet care.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 5–7 years in marketing management/strategy roles.
  • Proven record designing and executing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
  • Fluency with SEO/SEM and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics); strong grasp of web and digital trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft clear, compelling messaging across channels.
  • Demonstrated team leadership, project management, and multi‑project coordination with attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and adaptable; proficient with modern marketing tools and software.
