Role Summary

The Sales/Marketing Program Support lead will shape the strategic direction for franchise growth. Core responsibilities include monitoring business performance, analyzing market trends, sizing opportunities, surfacing customer preferences, and evaluating the competitive landscape to inform a robust franchise acquisition strategy. Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of marketing experience (required).
  • 5+ years of sales experience (required).
  • 4+ years of go-to-market experience (preferred).
  • Strength in strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfort operating as a dedicated strategic resource focused on growth initiatives.
  • Able to work on-site in Dallas, TX five days per week.

Compensation And Location

  • Type: Contract role.
  • Compensation: $45.00 per hour (USD).
