Jaybird Senior Living is hiring a remote Corporate Director of Marketing to lead brand and demand initiatives for its communities. This leader will shape integrated strategy, collaborate closely with sales and operations, and use analytics to drive occupancy, improve conversion, and strengthen market presence.

Role Summary
The Corporate Director of Marketing will design and execute a data-driven marketing roadmap that advances Jaybird’s mission and occupancy goals. Responsibilities span brand management and storytelling, multi-channel campaign development, and demand generation across digital and traditional tactics. The role partners with sales and community leaders to align funnel strategy, elevate the resident voice through content and PR, and continually optimize performance based on KPIs and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned with occupancy targets and mission.
- Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and integrated campaigns across communities and channels.
- Drive lead generation via SEO, PPC, website, social, email, direct mail, and events to increase inquiries and move-ins.
- Partner with sales and community leaders to strengthen marketing–sales integration and improve conversion rates.
- Capture and amplify resident and community stories through content, media, and PR opportunities.
- Establish KPIs, analyze performance and market research, and optimize campaigns and budgets for ROI.
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role; background in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is ideal.
- Proficiency with digital strategy, tools, and trends, plus effective traditional tactics.
- Brand development experience and a consistent, audience-resonant approach to messaging.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using KPIs, dashboards, and research to inform decisions.
- Collaborative leadership style with clear communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Commitment to creating excellent experiences for older adults and the families who support them.
Compensation And Location
Base salary range: $88,000–$105,000 USD. Per Minnesota Equal Pay for Equal Work Act disclosure, the range reflects the low and high end for this role; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. This is a remote position. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses and other incentives.
