A remote Marketing Manager role focused on growth, engagement, and data-driven execution in digital health. You’ll help shape multi-channel programs that connect with caregivers, patients, and community partners—supporting a mission to improve the dementia care journey through virtual, personalized, and comprehensive support.

This role supports cross-functional teams to elevate awareness, drive enrollment, and nurture meaningful engagement across audiences.
Role Summary
As Marketing Manager, you will plan and optimize acquisition programs, develop nurture journeys, and build the reporting infrastructure to track funnel performance. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Data to test, learn, and scale what works. Content development, social and podcast operations, and community partnerships are core to the day-to-day, alongside program management across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize member acquisition campaigns using data-driven A/B testing.
- Create and execute nurture campaigns and digital engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing and funnel performance.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Data to boost awareness and enrollment.
- Develop content for patient-facing, B2B, and social channels.
- Lead post-production for podcasts and manage social media content calendars.
- Manage influencer/KOL partnerships and community ambassador programs.
- Serve as day-to-day program manager across marketing initiatives.
- Support outreach and relationship-building with local and community-based organizations.
Ideal Profile
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in digital health or telehealth programs.
- Proven success managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and an experimentation mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly cross-functional remote environment.
- Experience with ESPs (e.g., Braze) is a plus.
- Passion for improving dementia care and working in emerging healthcare spaces.
- Startup experience or comfort with ambiguity and iterative processes.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
- Salary: $115,000–$130,000 USD per year.
- Employment Type: Full-time; Contract.
- Location: Remote (US).
