National Account Manager at ITW (Antioch, TN)
ITW Global Brands is hiring a National Account Manager to grow strategic retail relationships across its automotive aftermarket portfolio. This full-time role is based in Antioch, TN and focuses on revenue growth, margin expansion, and cross-functional execution for brands including Rain-X, Fix-a-Flat, Slime, Permatex, Fast Orange, Spray Nine, Gumout, Black Magic, and more.

Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer-specific strategy for products, pricing, assortment, and promotion in alignment with divisional goals.
- Partner with Brand Managers on line reviews, promotional calendars, and new product introductions.
- Build relationships with buyers, replenishment teams, and customer stakeholders; serve as primary point of contact for strategy and execution.
- Manage deal setup and lifecycle with Sales, Finance, and Category; ensure pricing and program accuracy and protect profitability.
- Maintain CRM tools, POS tracking, promotional boards, and related sales systems; align SD&A spend to forecasts and budget.
- Analyze POS, syndicated data (NPD/Circana), and outlook reports; identify growth opportunities and deliver recommendations; support forecasting and business reviews with team leads and analysts.
- Monitor competitive products, pricing, and promotions; provide insights to improve market positioning and execution.
- Coordinate inventory alignment with replenishment teams for forecasts and promotions; collaborate on strategic planning and launches.
- Plan, manage, and attend customer trade shows and regional meetings; maintain timely follow-ups and calendar discipline.
- Travel 30%–50% as needed to support sales initiatives and customer engagements.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 3–5 years in account management, sales, or customer strategy within consumer goods or retail.
- Strong financial acumen: pricing, margin management, and promotional spend optimization.
- Proficient with CRM platforms, POS tools, and Microsoft Office; comfortable managing sales systems and reporting workflows.
- Data-driven communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to translate insights into action plans.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at cross-functional collaboration; effective negotiator with a strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership and continuous improvement orientation aligned with the ITW Business Model and Toolbox.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
Base salary range: $90,000–$130,000 USD, plus variable compensation. ITW offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, life insurance, and more.
