Role Summary

The Online Marketing Growth Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of iPromo’s digital programs. You’ll manage paid media, email automation, SEO, CRO, and web properties, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive qualified leads, ecommerce growth, and consistent brand experiences across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute digital marketing strategy across paid media, email, SEO, and CRO.
  • Build, launch, and optimize performance campaigns to drive qualified traffic and revenue.
  • Lead email marketing and automation in Pardot, integrated with Salesforce CRM.
  • Partner with CRO/design to create high-converting landing pages in Unbounce.
  • Oversee websites on Magento, Shopify, and WordPress; manage an external dev agency for updates and upgrades.
  • Implement CRO to improve user journeys and grow ecommerce conversion and revenue.
  • Analyze channel and site performance; translate insights into test plans and roadmaps.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns (e.g., holiday gift guides, launches) with consistent cross-channel messaging.
  • Run A/B tests for emails, landing pages, and promotional offers to improve conversion.
  • Manage the SEO agency and implement best practices for ongoing growth.
  • Own budgets, reporting, and ROI analysis across digital initiatives.

Ideal Profile

  • 3–5 years in digital marketing or ecommerce; B2B or promotional products experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Magento, Shopify, WordPress, Salesforce/Pardot, and Unbounce.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing, email automation, SEO, CRO, lead generation, ecommerce growth, and analytics.
  • Track record running end-to-end campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent project management, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or B2B ecommerce.
  • Bonus: HTML skills for email templates and on-site content updates.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for basic design needs.

Compensation, Benefits, and Location

Salary range: $70,000–$90,000 USD, plus bonus opportunity. iPromo offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. This is a full-time, remote role.
