Role Summary

The Account Supervisor leads day-to-day operations for assigned brands, ensuring alignment across client stakeholders and internal teams. You will manage multiple workstreams from brief through deployment, guide fiscal management in partnership with finance and project management, and mentor junior staff to support quality standards and growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate strategic objectives into clear plans and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from brief development to deployment, coordinating cross-functional partners for seamless execution.
• Develop deep category and brand knowledge to inform strategy and recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships, including engagement with senior-level stakeholders, to deliver on communications objectives.
• Lead fiscal management of accounts, partnering with finance and project management on budgets, contracts, and resource planning.
• Supervise and develop direct reports through effective delegation, feedback, and mentorship.
• Own timelines and reporting across multiple workstreams, including status updates, budget tracking, and strategic insights.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years in an agency or marketing setting, ideally with interest in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; familiarity with digital, media, social, and analytics tools is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to craft presentations and articulate strategy.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with proactive planning, curiosity, and innovative approach to challenges.
• Leadership and mentorship experience; able to guide junior team members and foster collaboration.

Compensation, Benefits, and Location

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid). Salary range: USD 80,000–115,000. Placement within the range depends on factors such as market conditions, budgets, tenure (for current employees), and an applicant’s experience and qualifications.
