Based in Denver, CO and fully remote, this senior sales role focuses on executive relationship management, complex deal strategy, and adoption of IDT’s genomics portfolio across priority segments.

Role Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director, Key Account Management, this role serves as a senior representative to strategic, complex accounts across the West. You will lead stakeholder strategy up to the C-suite, analyze sales performance, build product- and application-level forecasts, and shape competitive positioning. Success includes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to structure and negotiate deals that meet customer needs and IDT profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth and expansion of direct sales across IDT’s genomics portfolio within assigned accounts/territory.
- Establish and manage executive-level relationships at strategic accounts, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Perform sales analysis and develop account forecasts by product and application.
- Build stakeholder maps and articulate IDT’s value proposition; track competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to structure and negotiate complex agreements.
- Act as the senior point of contact to ensure adoption and growth within strategic market segments.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s in a Life Science with 7+ years direct field sales; or MBA/PhD in Life Science with 5+ years biotech/life science field sales.
- 5+ years current sales/business experience in genomics solutions; proven key account growth with $3–5M+ revenue attainment history.
- Ability to consult on genomics applications (e.g., gene sequencing, assays); oncology experience preferred.
- Effective with academic and government accounts; adept at stakeholder engagement up to top-tier leadership.
- Strategic mindset with strong ownership, transparency, and trustworthiness; DBS familiarity preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
This is a full-time, remote role based in Denver, CO, covering the Western United States. IDT indicates an annual base salary range of $170,000–$190,000 USD. The role is bonus/incentive eligible. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) for eligible employees. Compensation and benefits are subject to company policies and applicable law.
