  • Provide integrated marketing and creative recommendations grounded in customer, channel, business, and brand insights.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities to deepen the client partnership and expand services.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Act as a visible, effective leader for the account and digital/data disciplines in internal and client forums.
  • Build constructive, long-term relationships across client teams; manage up, across, and down with clarity and empathy.
  • Mentor and guide working-level teams; set expectations and provide timely feedback and escalation when needed.
  • Quickly interpret client strategy and needs; steer teams to address issues with appropriate tone and approach.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and strong judgment under changing conditions and priorities.

Financial And Project Management Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage scope, schedules, and budgets; communicate changes with clients and internal partners.

Ideal Profile

  • Hands-on knowledge of automotive OEM website management and paid media ecosystems.
  • Proven success in a similar management role with strong client and internal relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to operate autonomously when needed.
