InEight eCommerce Manager (Remote)

InEight is hiring an experienced eCommerce Manager to own the performance and evolution of its SaaS eStore. This remote, full-time role partners across DevOps, Sales Ops, Sales, Product, and Marketing to streamline pricing, workflows, and customer experiences that drive scalable revenue.

Role Summary

As eCommerce Manager, you will drive the direction, roadmap, and execution of InEight’s eStore. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine pricing and packaging, optimize the end-to-end customer journey, enhance platform capabilities and integrations, and apply data and AI-driven insights to grow revenue. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on leadership of store enhancements, personalization, UX improvements, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to eCommerce strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Define and implement platform and integration enhancements with DevOps.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Sales on pricing strategies, processes, promotions, and initiatives.
• Leverage data and AI-driven tools to grow eCommerce revenue and efficiency.
• Define requirements and optimize the list, detail, cart, and checkout experiences.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns, paid ads, social, and email strategy to drive demand.
• Lead store enhancements, personalization, and UX improvements with cross-product teams.
• Oversee eCommerce compliance, including tax, data privacy, and terms and conditions.
• Analyze customer behaviors, metrics, and KPIs to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to align eCommerce capabilities with business goals.
• Monitor competitive trends and recommend improvements in pricing, packaging, and digital sales motions.
• Support customer inquiries related to eCommerce transactions and experiences.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing, or product management.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, SaaS/subscription pricing models, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience partnering with DevOps and Sales Ops on platform and process enhancements.
• Ability to assess and implement AI solutions that streamline operations, quoting, or pricing strategy.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience managing budgets, revenue forecasts, and vendor/partner relationships.
• Leadership experience guiding a small team or cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with demonstrable, data-driven decision making.

Compensation And Location

• Employment: Full-time; Location: Remote.
• Estimated salary range: $90,589–$123,393 USD.
