Growth Marketing Manager (Remote) — Incrementum

Incrementum is hiring a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to convert experiments into measurable pipeline. You’ll own paid media execution, site experimentation, and performance analytics in close partnership with content, product marketing, and campaign teams.

Role Summary

This full-time, remote role focuses on execution, optimization, and cross-functional alignment across the funnel. You will plan and optimize paid media, run website experiments to improve conversion, and translate insights into recommendations for marketing leadership and stakeholders. The base salary range is $85,608–$105,672 USD, dependent on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, retargeting, and content syndication to build a qualified pipeline; apply AI/LLM tools and SEM best practices to improve discoverability.
  • Lead website experimentation: plan, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests; partner with web/content teams to ship UX improvements informed by heatmaps and session recordings.
  • Own reporting to improve media efficiency, lead quality, CPL, and conversion rates; present trends, insights, and recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Campaigns, Content, and Product Marketing; bridge GTM strategy and digital execution; proactively challenge assumptions and advocate for data-backed improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in B2B digital marketing or demand generation (software/technology preferred).
  • Hands-on ownership of paid media channels and digital performance optimization.
  • Strong grasp of funnel metrics, attribution models, and revenue-oriented KPIs.
  • Proven CRO experience: A/B testing, UX improvements, and behavioral analytics.
  • Excellent project management across internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Analytics proficiency (e.g., Google Analytics, DreamData) and comfort with attribution.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Optimizely or VWO.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; CMS experience (e.g., WordPress).
  • Self-starter who can operate independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation (Pardot preferred) and CRM (Salesforce).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing a marketing website and/or growth-stage SaaS exposure.
  • Personalization, dynamic content, or account-based web experiences.
  • SQL or BI tools (e.g., Domo, Looker, Tableau).
  • Background selling software to finance, product, or engineering audiences.

Compensation, Benefits & Location

Role type: Full-time, Remote. Base salary range: $85,608–$105,672 USD.
