Imagine Communications is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Director to lead global marketing strategy, team development, and execution. Role Summary

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Senior Marketing Director will design, implement, and monitor strategies aligned to business goals. You will lead a global team across brand, product, digital, field, and content marketing; oversee go-to-market planning; manage an annual budget of approximately $4M; and drive operational excellence through data, analytics, and process. The role also includes leadership of trade show programs (two large shows and 20+ smaller events annually) and close collaboration with product, sales, and services on launches and enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing organization.
  • Build the marketing strategy and roadmap; set long- and short-term goals.
  • Own P&L for the function, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Advance brand strategy, architecture, and governance across channels and regions.
  • Oversee integrated campaigns spanning PR, digital, social, events, and advertising.
  • Direct product marketing: messaging, positioning, personas, and sales enablement.
  • Develop go-to-market plans for enhancements and new products with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive lead generation, pipeline contribution, and marketing spend attribution.
  • Manage martech strategy, vendor selection, and adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Establish KPI frameworks; deliver executive-ready reporting and insights.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience leading and managing marketing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Track record of owning budgets and delivering measurable campaign results.
  • Comfort working with C-level stakeholders and external customer executives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills; strategic mindset.
  • Expertise in SEO, web analytics, Google Ads, CRM, and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Eloqua, Microsoft Teams/Power BI, Salesforce, and Oracle (preferred).
  • Ability to travel globally up to 25% based on events and locations.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

  • Salary range: $136,193–$184,613 USD (Full-time).
  • Location: Plano, TX; hybrid remote friendly.
