iHerb is seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid media across European markets. This role owns strategy and execution across paid search, shopping, social, display, and video to drive revenue, new customer acquisition, and app adoption.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Director of Global Paid Media and partnering closely with the Director/General Manager for European markets, you will lead iHerb’s paid media program for Europe end-to-end. You will own budget and channel mix, build and operationalize testing frameworks, optimize creative for performance, and deliver clear reporting across web and app. The ideal candidate is data-driven with advanced Excel skills and comfortable turning analysis into actionable growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute European performance marketing across paid search/shopping, paid social, display, and video—from concept through optimization and post‑campaign analysis.
  • Drive app user acquisition via paid media and app store optimization (ASO).
  • Plan and manage large‑scale programs on Google and Bing (Search & Shopping), Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads using native tools.
  • Partner with insights, product, and engineering to enhance tracking across web and app; build daily/weekly/monthly reporting that enables efficient scaling.
  • Continuously optimize with channel‑specific levers: copy and keyword strategy, bid adjustments/automation, budget allocation, A/B and placement tests, creative and product feed optimization.
  • Support product feed marketing (Google Shopping, Facebook DPA, and comparison shopping engines).
  • Collaborate with regional leads, creative resources, and Earned/Influencer teams to align paid initiatives with organic strategies and content.
  • Maintain CPA within targets while scaling acquisition; serve as main point of contact for vendors and agencies; keep relevant certifications current.

Ideal Profile

  • 4–5+ years managing paid search, paid social, display, and video for a mid‑to‑large eCommerce B2C company or an agency handling similar scale.
  • Extensive knowledge of bidding models, ad formats, and optimization across Google, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and related platforms.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads; experience with Twitter Ads and other major buying tools.
  • Strong grasp of customer analytics and attribution (CPA, ROAS, LTV, churn) and how channels ladder to business objectives.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas); comfortable pulling and manipulating data to surface insights.
  • Clear communicator; collaborative yet self‑directed; effective in a fast‑moving, performance‑driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, statistics, or a related field.

Tools And Platforms

  • Google Ads, Bing, Google Display Network, programmatic display, YouTube, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok ad platforms and their native tools.
  • Google Analytics; tag management and product feed management solutions.
  • AppsFlyer or Adjust (plus).
  • G Suite or Microsoft Office; Asana or similar task management tools; advanced Excel.

Compensation And Location

Base salary range: $115,000–$140,000 USD, depending on experience. The role is listed in Irvine, CA. iHerb offers comprehensive benefits; eligibility and specifics may vary by country and will be reviewed with local HR during the process.
