Role Summary

The Marketing Content Coordinator partners with the Manager of Support Services to develop marketing assets, coordinate outsourced creative work, and support sales enablement. The coordinator will manage business development funds within guidelines, contribute to new product initiatives, and run targeted email campaigns. Success requires balancing creativity with project management, collaborating across internal teams and reseller partners, and delivering consistent, on-brand materials.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create ads, flyers, product literature, presentations, videos, and trade show materials.
Manage and strategically utilize business development funds for programs aligned with company objectives.
Coordinate outsourced marketing projects and collaborate with external specialists to ensure quality and consistency.
Assist in new product development initiatives with creative and strategic input to expand offerings.
Support planning and execution of sales campaigns and product launches to drive demand and reach.
Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to engage customers and nurture leads.
Identify innovative approaches to improve engagement, content effectiveness, and brand awareness.
Coordinate meetings with reseller customers for the Outside Sales team to strengthen relationships and outreach.

Key Working Relationships

Reports to the Manager of Support Services at IDN Door & Hardware in Livonia and collaborates closely with internal staff and local Outside Sales representatives, including scheduling reseller meetings to support field activity and customer outreach.

Ideal Profile

Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or business development.
Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, or presentation development preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and think strategically.
Proficiency with marketing tools, email platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation, Schedule, And Benefits

Location: Livonia, MI (in person).
Job Type And Hours: Full-time; expected 40 hours per week.
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (USD).
