ID90 Travel is hiring a CRM Manager to lead multi-channel lifecycle marketing and drive customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. This full-time role blends strategy and hands-on execution across email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp, with a focus on automation, personalization, and performance optimization.

Role Summary
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the CRM Manager will own the design, execution, and optimization of automated journeys across channels, leveraging Klaviyo (or a comparable platform). You will map lifecycle stages, build triggered programs, ensure data integrity for real-time personalization, and continually test and refine campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
- Design and optimize onboarding, retention, re-engagement, win-back, and transactional journeys across email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp.
- Use behavioral triggers, segmentation, and dynamic content for personalization at scale.
- Run A/B tests to refine targeting, sequencing, timing, and creative; track KPIs including opens, clicks, conversions, engagement, and churn risk.
- Ensure deliverability and compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and channel-specific regulations.
- Partner with engineering and data teams on API/CDP integrations for clean, real-time data flows.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to align CRM programs with brand standards and business goals.
- Develop dashboards and cohort analyses to inform roadmap and prioritization.
- Lead expansion of omnichannel messaging, ensuring a consistent, connected customer experience across touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing CRM and automated journeys across email, SMS, push, and related channels.
- Proficiency with Klaviyo or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong technical understanding of data integrations and API-based triggers.
- Proven track record building high-performing email and retention programs from scratch.
- Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication, project management, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with push, SMS, and/or WhatsApp messaging programs.
- Background in travel, e-commerce, or membership-based businesses.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email layout adjustments.
- Knowledge of SMS and WhatsApp compliance standards.
- Experience with mobile engagement strategies and push best practices.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
Job Type: Full-time. Salary range: $80,000–$100,000 USD. This role follows a hybrid schedule based in Southlake, TX (Dallas–Fort Worth area).
