Account Manager (Remote) At I3 Verticals
I3 Verticals is hiring a full-time Account Manager to support its Enterprise Solutions team. This remote role is designed for a client-focused professional who can deepen relationships, surface growth opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction by partnering with sales, marketing, and operations. Candidates should be comfortable with a field-facing cadence and periodic travel.

Role Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Relationship Experience, the Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of business clients. You will advise on products and services, oversee day-to-day needs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure commitments are met. The role includes up to 50% travel for client meetings and business reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, strengthen, and retain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners; respond promptly to inquiries.
- Review client engagement practices to maximize satisfaction and long-term value from purchases.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and coordinate follow-up with the sales team.
- Educate clients on relevant products, services, and offers to align solutions with business needs.
- Resolve issues quickly; manage escalations and ensure transparent follow-through to closure.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend actions to improve retention and NPS-like metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align delivery with client expectations and contractual commitments.
- Oversee data quality and inputs within Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate account records and reporting.
Ideal Profile
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, product support, or relationship management (required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset for client issues and escalations.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with sales and marketing to drive profitability and satisfaction.
- Analytical capability to review communications, negotiations, and contracts to identify trends and improvements.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred); attention to data quality and documentation.
- Education: High school diploma or higher.
Compensation, Location, And Work Setup
- Employment Type: Full-time, remote position within the United States.
- Primary Location: Tennessee; up to 50% travel for client engagement as needed.
- Salary Range: $68,747–$85,657 USD.
- Department & Reporting: Enterprise Solutions; reports to the Manager, Relationship Experience.
