Role Summary

The Marketing Manager will own internal marketing and support brand alignment across Hyper’s Satellite manufacturing network. You will plan and execute cross-channel initiatives, coordinate creative assets and events, and enable employees to contribute to storytelling—helping unify culture, elevate product education, and document key milestones across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop branding kits, signage, templates, and launch communications that reinforce a consistent identity.
• Manage photo and video capture, press, and events tied to Satellite milestones and leadership initiatives.
• Lead internal campaigns that strengthen culture, product education, and employee engagement.
• Oversee communication channels (intranet, photo/video libraries, digital documents) and document key milestones.
• Train employees to contribute content and foster a culture of shared storytelling across teams and sites.
• Support onboarding, customer visits, and leadership programs with branded experiences and materials.
• Maintain a marketing project calendar and coordinate deliverables with stakeholders across functions.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in marketing, communications, or brand management with proven project leadership.
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Clear, confident communicator who can partner with executives, creatives, and technical staff.
• Experience managing both digital and physical marketing efforts, including signage, kits, and campaigns.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with dashboards, content management tools, AI marketing platforms, and 3D design tools.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Location: Henrico, VA | Employment Type: Full-time | Estimated Salary Range: $73,486–$92,615 USD (based on provided range).
