Manager, Field Marketing (Remote Opportunity) At Hyatt

Hyatt is hiring a Manager, Field Marketing to translate corporate strategy into property-level impact across designated hotels. This remote role collaborates with Sales, Revenue Management, Digital, and Brand teams to drive revenue through integrated, data-informed marketing.

Role Summary

Guide localized digital marketing objectives and execution for assigned hotels, serving as a key liaison between corporate initiatives and on-property teams. Identify revenue opportunities, shape annual plans, and ensure consistent adoption of campaigns and programs across the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Digital, and Brand to align on revenue goals.
  • Assess business needs and competitive environments; define localized digital objectives, strategies, tactics, and measurement for designated hotels.
  • Act as first responder to hotel owner and operator questions on corporate strategy, campaigns, digital, and brand performance.
  • Communicate corporate initiatives from brand, loyalty, partnership, and digital teams to drive field participation.
  • Develop annual digital marketing plans to maximize revenue production and guest engagement.
  • Consult on hotel openings and renovations to optimize business performance.
  • Advise hotels on managing Hyatt preferred marketing agencies and suppliers.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on marketing initiatives and performance.
  • Leverage integrated digital media and analytics across channels to inform decisions.
  • Travel up to 40% to support properties and stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

Experience Required:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience developing integrated plans for a global brand.
  • Hands-on digital campaign management, including fundamentals of Search, Paid Meta, and SEO content optimization.
  • Strategic plan development grounded in analytics and performance management with demonstrable ROI.

Experience Preferred:

  • Hotel or broader hospitality industry experience.
  • Events and meeting planning experience.
  • Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in team-oriented, collaborative environments.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed; able to prioritize and execute under pressure.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Salary range: $95,500–$115,000 USD, with eligibility for an annual bonus. Final pay depends on experience, skills, qualifications, and work location. Full-time, remote role based in Chicago, IL; travel up to 40%.
