Role Summary
As Field Marketing Manager, you will execute a regional field marketing roadmap as the company scales its investment and team. You’ll partner closely with sales leadership, SDRs, and AEs to activate the sales organization around tradeshows, regional events, and roundtables. You’ll collaborate with demand generation and revenue operations to drive attendance, operationalize programs, and build pipeline across either the East or West region of North America.

- Collaborate with demand generation to plan and promote events that drive qualified attendance.
- Own the field events roadmap for your East or West region.
- Work with revenue operations to put strong systems in place that operationalize events for sales success.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–10 years of field marketing experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and partners.
- Strong work ethic and positive, collaborative attitude.
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven approach to planning and execution.
- Creative thinker who can develop compelling concepts and activations that elevate event experiences.
- Demonstrated project management across multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
Compensation And Location
Salary range: $75,086–$112,712 USD. Location: Remote, with a focus on either the East or West region of North America. Hightouch is based in San Francisco and is remote-friendly.
