Role Summary

As a full-time Content Marketing Specialist on the Content Team, you will plan, write, and optimize content for the entire marketing funnel. Expect to craft email campaigns, build high-converting sales enablement assets, and develop customer story marketing. You will collaborate with Design, Client Success, and Sales, and you will track performance in HubSpot and Google Analytics to iterate on what works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute segmented top-of-funnel email campaigns, including thought leadership newsletters, nurture drips, and lifecycle communications.
  • Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to produce sales enablement materials (one-pagers, pitch decks, product videos) that move prospects through the funnel.
  • Track and optimize organic content performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards.
  • Support additional Content Team channels, including social, webinars, blog, and paid campaigns.

Ideal Profile

Core Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, or communications (B2B, health tech, or SaaS preferred).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex topics (healthcare and AI) with minimal revisions.
  • Familiarity with Figma, HubSpot, Notion, or similar tools.
  • Proven project and task management across content channels.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits with subject matter expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience filming, editing, and syndicating webinar and video content across social platforms.
  • Ability to produce creative, audience-targeted campaign copy.
  • Graphic design skills to create new content assets.
  • Hands-on email marketing in HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, A/B testing, reporting).
  • Portfolio or writing samples showcasing short- and long-form content, email marketing, and paid campaign work.

Compensation and Location

  • Job Type: Full-time.
  • Location: Manhattan, New York City (Hybrid).
  • In-Office Expectations: 2–3 days per week in the Manhattan HQ.
  • Compensation: For NYC-based hires, $80,000–$85,000 base salary, commensurate with experience; subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive total compensation that includes equity and health benefits.
  • Outside NYC: Compensation ranges may differ based on cost of labor and other factors.
