You will oversee analytics and reporting, guide content quality and brand alignment, manage budgets for ROI, and collaborate with sales on advertising strategies. This hybrid role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving, healthcare‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned to business goals and brand visibility.
- Own SEO strategy to grow organic rankings, traffic, and conversion performance.
- Lead social media campaigns across platforms; optimize for engagement and conversions.
- Run multichannel programs including email, content, and performance marketing.
- Partner with sales on advertising strategies that support revenue objectives.
- Use Google Analytics and related tools to monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns using data‑driven insights.
- Oversee high‑quality content creation across channels; ensure brand and message consistency.
- Manage marketing budgets and forecast spend to maximize ROI across initiatives.
- Direct design workflows leveraging Adobe Creative Suite; oversee print advertising production when needed.
- Conduct market research on trends, customer needs, competitors, and product opportunities; support product launches and lifecycle marketing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior‑level marketing experience; prior Director of Marketing or similar leadership role preferred.
- Deep knowledge of digital channels: SEO, email, social media, content, and e‑commerce strategies.
- Proficient with WordPress for site management and basic HTML for edits and updates.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign workflows.
- Hands‑on with Facebook Advertising and Google Ads for targeted acquisition and retargeting.
- Strong copywriting skills; able to craft compelling, on‑brand content for multiple audiences.
- Proven analytical mindset; comfortable translating data into strategy and experimentation roadmaps.
- Community event planning and outreach experience to build local awareness and engagement.
- Fluent in Spanish (required) and comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
