Health-E Commerce is hiring an experienced Manager of Ecommerce to lead onsite strategy for its FSA stores. The role centers on optimizing the shopping experience, improving key performance metrics, and collaborating across teams to refine site content, navigation, and overall UX. Ideal candidates combine data fluency, content strategy, and hands-on project management to deliver impactful customer experiences.

Role Summary
As Manager of Ecommerce, you will own the end-to-end site strategy for the FSA store, with accountability for visual merchandising, storytelling, and product discovery. You will translate performance insights into weekly optimizations, shape homepage and landing page experiences, and partner closely with marketing, merchandising, planning, and CRO counterparts to drive conversion, average order value (AOV), and customer relevance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end site strategy for the FSA store, including visual merchandising, discovery, and brand storytelling.
- Execute onsite merchandising optimization: A/B testing, sorting rules, boosting and burying, and merchandising best practices; set and prioritize weekly optimizations based on performance analysis.
- Showcase newness and best sellers, and determine product prioritization using inventory levels, performance, and seasonal themes; develop tactics to grow AOV through targeted merchandising initiatives.
- Partner with integrated marketing on the site content calendar and key themes; lead approvals for monthly site flips and creative assets; drive a test-and-learn homepage strategy and personalization for distinct customer groups.
- Ideate new landing pages and shape end-to-end storytelling; analyze and report on content performance to refine strategies across pages and campaigns.
- Lead Telehealth onsite strategy to create new pathways for customers to discover Share Of Wallet partners; develop onsite strategies to highlight brand partnerships and end-of-month promotions.
- Own onsite search optimization and collaborate with the CRO Manager on A/B testing opportunities to improve conversion.
- Own the end-to-end site experience for in-house brand Caring Mill, including strategies to trade customers from brand-name products to the in-house line; partner with Merchandising and Planning to assess brand performance and optimize assortment.
Ideal Profile
- 4+ years of eCommerce experience with a focus on onsite content and merchandising.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing online customer experiences and a track record of execution.
- Proficiency with content management and merchandising tools; Constructor and Builder.io experience are pluses.
- Hands-on A/B testing experience; AB Tasty or similar self-service testing tools are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
Final compensation is evaluated based on factors including experience, skills, internal equity among peers, and geographic location.
- Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD; discretionary annual bonus eligibility up to 15%.
