Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the B2C patient acquisition engine across paid and owned channels.
- Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing growth marketing team.
- Define and execute a growth roadmap with clear goals, KPIs, and experimentation plans.
- Identify new channels and tactics to unlock scalable, sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Brand, and Operations to improve conversion and reduce funnel friction.
- Build the marketing infrastructure to measure performance and maximize ROI.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership on go-to-market strategy.
Ideal Profile
- 10+ years in performance and growth marketing; 3+ years in a leadership role at high-growth B2C tech companies.
- Deep expertise in paid digital (SEM, social, affiliates), SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
- Analytical and data-driven; able to build dashboards, interpret signals, and drive action from insights.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments; comfortable testing, learning, and iterating quickly.
- Hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Experience building and coaching growth teams; fosters ownership and experimentation.
- Clear, compelling communicator who can influence cross-functionally and align teams to a shared vision.
Compensation And Benefits
Base salary range: $218,450–$257,000 USD, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Headway offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including robust health and wellness benefits, retirement savings, and equity; compensation decisions are made holistically and aligned with market benchmarks.
