Role Summary
As a Performance Marketing Associate, you’ll assist with the development, launch, and optimization of digital campaigns across search, social, email, affiliate, and programmatic channels. You will help manage campaign setups, implement tests, monitor performance, and compile reporting with actionable insights. The role is designed for an early-career marketer eager to build multi-channel expertise while supporting day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and programmatic platforms.
- Support email marketing in MailChimp, including setup, audience segmentation, QA, and performance analysis.
- Contribute to affiliate and influencer initiatives via platforms such as Impact.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, and deliver insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Stay current on platform updates, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Ideal Profile
- 1–2 years of professional experience in digital marketing (agency or client-side).
- Familiarity with at least one platform: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, MailChimp, or Impact; experience across multiple platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data to identify actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills; collaborative mindset.
- Bonus: exposure to affiliate or influencer campaign management; basic copywriting or creative asset development skills.
Compensation, Benefits & Location
This full-time role is based in Milwaukee, WI. The expected salary range is USD $43,151–$53,411, commensurate with experience.
