Guidewire Software, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Campaign Project Manager to orchestrate high-priority B2B campaigns that elevate brand visibility and pipeline impact. This remote role suits an organized, data-driven collaborator who thrives on cross-functional execution and measurable results in enterprise marketing environments.
Role Overview
As the Marketing Campaign Project Manager, you will drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated campaigns that support Guidewire’s market leadership in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance software. Partnering closely with marketing leadership and stakeholders across demand generation, product, sales, and alliances, you’ll ensure initiatives launch on time, on budget, and aligned to clear performance targets. This position reports to the Senior Director, Demand Generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain campaign plans, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional workflows.
- Own campaign calendars and milestone tracking to ensure on-time execution.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to align stakeholders and surface dependencies.
- Facilitate collaboration across meetings and asynchronous workstreams; drive clarity on ownership, status, and risks.
- Track and report on KPIs including engagement metrics and pipeline contribution; deliver regular, data-driven updates.
- Lead retrospectives and recommend optimizations for future campaigns based on performance analysis.
Ideal Profile
- 3+ years in B2B marketing, with hands-on exposure to field marketing and/or campaign execution.
- Exceptionally organized communicator who thrives in cross-functional settings and keeps teams aligned.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort synthesizing metrics into insights and action plans.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Monday.com (or similar) is a plus.
- Collaborative, collegial approach that reflects Guidewire’s values of integrity, rationality, and teamwork.
Compensation And Location
This is a full-time, U.S.-based remote role. The base salary range is $70,000–$127,000 USD, with base pay determined by experience, skills, education, training, and location, among other factors. Full-time employees (and part-time roles working 30+ hours per week) are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company-sponsored retirement plan. Depending on the role, you may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentive awards tied to company and individual performance.
