Role Summary

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will create short-form videos using AI tools; craft platform-specific captions, hashtags, and CTAs; manage publishing schedules; and monitor performance to optimize future content. You will maintain a weekly content calendar and collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency. Day to day, expect to work across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook while tracking engagement to inform iteration and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and publish short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Facebook, YouTube) with AI tools such as Pictory, RunwayML, or Canva.
• Write platform-tailored captions, hashtags, and clear calls to action.
• Manage posting schedules across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Track engagement metrics and optimize content strategy based on results.
• Maintain a weekly content calendar and performance report to guide planning.
• Coordinate with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency across assets and channels.

Ideal Profile

• Hands-on familiarity with AI video platforms (e.g., Pictory, Synthesia, RunwayML).
• Working knowledge of social media algorithms and content trends.
• Strong writing skills and visual storytelling instincts for short-form formats.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms, deadlines, and a steady publishing cadence.
• Bonus: Experience with ChatGPT or other AI copywriting tools.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Compensation: USD $12,000–$15,000 per month. Employment type: Full-time. Location: Remote.
