Role Summary
As the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will lead strategies that drive membership acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll own go-to-market planning, oversee lead generation and lifecycle programs, and collaborate with product, sales, partnerships, events, and creative teams to execute integrated campaigns. A core part of the role is leveraging HubSpot (Commerce Hub, Marketing Hub, CRM) to build and optimize personalized journeys, test pricing and packaging, and report on performance to inform continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion across channels.
- Leverage HubSpot to design onboarding, nurturing, conversion, and renewal workflows tailored to member segments.
- Collaborate on membership product creation and optimization based on customer needs and market trends.
- Manage advertising and communications workflows, including CTAs, targeting, reporting, budgeting, and iteration.
- Test pricing, packaging, and promotions to maximize ARR/MRR and improve conversion and retention metrics.
- Lead retention initiatives, including loyalty programs and personalized lifecycle communications across email and SMS.
- Partner with Membership Sales, Partnerships, and Events to drive event sign-ups, lead pipelines, and revenue generation.
- Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative ideas to advance Gravity Haus’s membership strategy.
Ideal Profile
- 5–7+ years in growth marketing with a focus on subscription models and consumer audiences.
- Demonstrated success scaling ARR/MRR through acquisition, retention, and product innovation.
- Power user of HubSpot (Commerce Hub, Marketing Hub, CRM); comparable platform experience is a plus.
- Analytical, data-driven approach with strong measurement and reporting skills.
- Strategic thinker who is hands-on and effective in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Clear communicator who can use brand positioning to influence revenue outcomes.
- Experience in B2C lifestyle, hospitality, or community-based membership businesses is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a remote position for candidates based in Colorado. Expect occasional in-person meetings, team gatherings, and in-state events. Weekend or holiday availability may be required during peak periods. The role involves extended computer use and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds for event setups or material handling.
Compensation And Location
Full-time role based in Denver, CO, with remote work within Colorado. Salary range: $75,000–$90,000 USD, depending on experience.
