Role Summary
As an Account Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day client administration for employer groups—ensuring forms and documentation are complete, eligibility data is accurate, and inquiries are resolved promptly. You’ll assist with quote and rate renewals, track updates to employer-facing documents, and support financial issue resolution while maintaining organized processes and checklists.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks for employer clients, including employee eligibility maintenance and issue research.
- Ensure client forms are complete and information is properly gathered and documented.
- Request or produce quotes and rate renewals using online software for the Account Management team.
- Support financial follow-up and resolution, including non-sufficient fund (NSF) cases.
- Provide accurate, timely responses to employer client questions via phone and email.
- Track updates to employer-facing documents and follow up on related changes and issues.
- File e-contracts and maintain organized business records, process guides, and checklists.
- Demonstrate Gravie’s core competencies: authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, and outcome-oriented.
Ideal Profile
Gravie is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently on time-sensitive tasks.
- Proven attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and projects with accuracy and confidence.
- Proactive mindset, strong time management, and self-motivation; comfortable handling time-critical issues independently.
- Experience in administrative support or a similar coordination-heavy role.
- Clear, professional phone and email communication; team-oriented and collaborative across departments.
- Comfort with standard systems and tools: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Mac environments.
- Nice to have: previous experience at a high-growth company.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
Job Type: Full-time | Location: Remote
Salary Range: USD $40,000–$66,600 annually. Numerous factors—including education, skills, work experience, and certifications—will be considered when determining compensation.
