Role Summary

In this senior role, you will lead customer acquisition and growth for GoTo’s LogMeIn-branded B2B SaaS IT products. You’ll own paid media strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, and affiliates while managing multi-million-dollar budgets. Expect to set a test-and-learn roadmap, analyze and communicate results, and partner closely with integrated marketing, product marketing, web, and analytics teams. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Digital Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, and affiliate campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, media planning, forecasting, pacing, and performance to maximize ROI.
  • Build and run test-and-learn programs; drive experimentation and optimization.
  • Analyze results with dashboards and translate insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
  • Partner with integrated marketing, product marketing, web, and analytics to improve creative, landing pages, conversion rates, and tracking.
  • Manage agencies and vendors; ensure privacy, compliance, and brand standards.

Ideal Profile

  • 5–10 years of hands-on B2B digital acquisition experience (search, paid social, display, affiliate) at scale.
  • Proven results in trial, pipeline, revenue growth, and ROI improvement.
  • Platform expertise: Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Advertising, DV360 or The Trade Desk, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit; affiliate networks (e.g., Impact) a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced analytics and optimization skills (GA4, Looker/Tableau, Excel).
  • Experience improving creative, landing pages, and conversion rates through structured testing.
  • Clear communicator able to present findings and influence cross-functional partners.

Compensation, Benefits, and Location

Annual base salary range: $85,500–$141,500 USD. Compensation is determined by location, experience, and internal equity; the role is also eligible for a variable pay component and benefits. Where you’ll work: remote-centric (Eastern Time Zone preferred); role is listed in Massachusetts.
