Role Summary

As an Account Manager on the Client Success team, you will own day-to-day client management for pharmaceutical manufacturers and agencies. You’ll ensure satisfaction, guide strategy with clear metrics, collaborate cross-functionally to execute programs, and identify opportunities to optimize and grow accounts—all while navigating pharma regulatory processes and digital marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturer and agency clients; provide exceptional service and oversight across campaigns and deliverables.
  • Analyze and present monthly program metrics to demonstrate ROI and inform client decision-making and optimizations.
  • Partner with Sales on new business and organic growth; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client goals.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Advertising Operations, Product, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions and flawless execution.
  • Manage implementation timelines and stakeholder deliverables to meet scope, quality, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate regulatory submission and review processes with clients and agency partners (e.g., MLR/PRC).
  • Create visual examples of programs using the enterprise CMS to align stakeholders and accelerate approvals.
  • Stay current on pharma trends, digital marketing best practices, and compliance requirements to guide recommendations.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of experience managing pharmaceutical client accounts in a marketing or client success capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong relationship management and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with pharma regulatory review processes (MLR/PRC) and agency workflows.
  • Ability to translate analytics into clear value propositions and action plans for clients.
  • Comfort solving problems creatively and thinking critically in a dynamic environment.
  • Curiosity about healthcare technologies and evolving market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management platforms (e.g., JIRA or Asana).
  • Commitment to security awareness and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

This is a full-time, remote role (U.S.). Compensation varies by location and is determined by skills, experience, and qualifications. Illustrative base salary ranges include:

  • San Francisco and Seattle: $108,000 – $173,000
  • New York: $99,000 – $158,000
  • Santa Monica: $90,000 – $144,000
  • Other Office Locations: $81,000 – $130,000

Additional compensation may include annual cash bonuses or commissions and equity grants.
