Role Summary
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube) and additional platforms. You will own roadmap creation, collaborate with an external agency on execution and experimentation, and analyze performance to uncover opportunities that improve efficiency and scale results.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and scale large paid acquisition programs across Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain a clear campaign roadmap that prioritizes growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Partner with an external agency on execution, reporting, and experimentation while pacing spend to goals.
- Analyze campaign data to identify actionable insights that improve ROI and unit economics.
- Run A/B tests on creative, bidding strategies, audiences, and funnel steps (calls, leads, registrations).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and engineering stakeholders.
Ideal Profile
- 2–4 years of hands-on B2C paid search and performance marketing experience.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data to drive decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and details in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Have
- Bachelor’s degree (data analytics emphasis preferred).
- Understanding of subscription business models.
- Experience messaging to seniors or families of seniors.
- General SQL knowledge and familiarity with Tableau.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
Salary: USD $60,000–$75,000. Role type: Full-time. Location: U.S. Remote.
