Role Summary

Glean is establishing a Customer & Growth Marketing function. The Product Marketing Manager (Growth) will partner with a growth data scientist to identify behavioral insights, lead experiments across channels, and translate data into lifecycle strategies. Acting as both a hands-on analyst and strategic marketer, you will collaborate with product, design, engineering, post-sales, and marketing to shape end-user experiences that improve activation, adoption, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use low-code/no-code analytics (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker) to turn product usage and feedback into actionable insights.
  • Analyze multi-source datasets to uncover onboarding bottlenecks and patterns in new-user feature engagement.
  • Plan, run, and evaluate experiments across in-product, email, community, social, web, and event channels, prioritizing by quantifiable ROI.
  • Partner with the Growth Product Pod to iterate on messaging, timing, and segmentation, and shape the team’s big bets.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations that drive cross-functional alignment and execution.

Ideal Profile

  • 3+ years as a growth PMM or business/data analyst; B2B SaaS preferred; ownership of onboarding and activation flows.
  • BA/BS in business, marketing, liberal arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with low-code/no-code data tools and a track record of converting insights into business action.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and measuring data-driven growth experiments.
  • Strength in cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and motivated to help build a new growth marketing engine.

Compensation And Location

Base salary range: $160,000–$200,000 USD. Compensation will vary based on location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
